The Middleton Twins
LaShone and RaeShawn Middleton both graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in culinary business management. They started R&L Crab Co when they both lost their jobs due to covid in 2020. After realizing there were no crab delivery services in their town, they took matters into their own hands and started R&L Crab Co out of their mother’s house. The twins now have 2 locations, one in Columbia, MD and one in NE, DC.

Marc Dixon
Marc Dixon joined R&L Crab Co in 2021 as Partner and COO. He has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and mentored LaShone and RaeShawn when they did a culinary externship 15+ years ago. He was previously executive chef of both Bond Street Social and Barcocina in Baltimore, the original opening Chef of Iron Bridge Wine Co, and Executive Chef/ Owner of Bistro Blanc!
